Buds for Boobies
Helping Hands Herbals had a great time participating in the Buds for Boobies Fundraiser on October 25th at the Boulder Theater! We raised over $450! Thanks to all the people who participated and made this event a total blast. We raised a lot of money for a great cause! The Helping Hands Bra pictured below won the contest, thanks to all of you!. All proceeds will help patients who are participating in the cannabis breast cancer treatment program. My teaching style is very gentle, but powerful. It is based on the principal of allowing the breath to move the body and linking the mind to the breath in order to bring stillness to the mind.
My goal is to help you:
- Reconnect with your breath.
- Move dynamically with the breath in order to create space for energy to flow.
- Find a place of stillness within for you to achieve optimal relaxation and health.
I thrive when working with children, beginners, those suffering from cancer, one on one, and anyone whom is open to the subtle powers of the breath. My classes weave together conscious breathing, dynamic and static postures, restorative poses, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation. You will leave refreshed and spacious. I look forward to helping you attain Yoga on and off the mat.
